Laney's management has a strong commitment of providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. At Laney, safety is everyone's job, from upper management to every employee. We strive as a team to assure that safety is our priority everyday. We enforce industry-leading safety standards that enable our employees to perform their job without injury to themselves, other workers, the general public or the environment. We empower every employee with “The Right to Stop Work” if a safety violation is being committed or if there is any question if an act is to be safe. By enforcing established safety rules and providing employees with proper training, we have maintained a successful safety program.

With over 30 years of experience in the Road Boring and Pipeline industry, Laney continues to grow and adapt to everyday changes of new laws and safety standards. In return for our commitment to safety we are rewarded with maintaining an OSHA recordable incident rate and experience modification rate below the national industry average. It is our top priority to assure that all of our employees return home safely everyday.
